Pictures Over Stillwater is FAA part 107 certified for commercial drone operations across the United States including night time. Currently in the U.S. the FAA requires a part 107.29 daylight waiver to fly and capture drone based night aerial images. With our daylight waiver, Pictures Over Stillwater is able to legally fly and capture drone based night time images. In addition to FAA, Pictures Over Stillwater is insured (indoor and outdoor) and licensed for commercial drone, aerial photography and image mapping operations, and promotion in the state of Minnesota by MNDoT Aeronautics.
From a speeds and feeds perspective, our aircraft (drones) are GPS enabled and gimbal motion stabilized for indoor and outdoor use. We can shoot video up to 6K (with a 1″ sensor) and various frame rates, HDR (High Dynamic Range), raw, log and 10bit color among other capabilities. Our capabilities and experience also includes real-time HDMI video out live feed to TV and production platforms for event coverage, in addition to broadcast to social media platforms. We also fly cine whoop quad drones for action cinematic footage indoor and outdoors.
